For optimal throughput, it can erase up to 60 standard 3.5-inch hard disks per hour. Its user-friendly design allows for easy operation - simply place the media in the drawer, close it, and the degauss cycle starts automatically, enabling continuous operation without the need for cooldown between cycles.

Integrated magnetic field monitoring ensures safe data erasure during each cycle. It can be plugged into standard power outlets worldwide, featuring a small footprint and quiet operation suitable for office environments. The intimus Scanner and Software Package comprises an Erasure and Destruction Verification System, included with the product. It generates comprehensive media destruction reports, detailing date, time, user ID, serial number, and verification of erasure for each degauss cycle. A barcode scanner captures the hard drive serial number before the erasure process, while the system tracks and stores media serial numbers for record-keeping purposes.

This product is supplied with intimus Auditor-Pro. The Erasure and Destruction Verification System generates a certificate as proof of erasure and destruction, intended for audit and archival purposes. This certificate includes the date, time, user ID, serial number, and JPG images of the media post-demagnetization.

Intimus Auditor-Pro

Erasure and destruction verification system.  Generates a proof-of-erasure and destruction certificate for audit and archival purposes with date, time, user ID, serial number and JPG images of media after demagnetization.

• Barcode scanner captures hard drive serial number prior to erasure process
• Tracks and stores media serial number, user ID, witness ID, and date in a password-protected system
• Automated image capture system captures images of demagnetized hard drives as the media drawer is opened
