Delivery

Due to the size and value of the items, they are delivered directly from the manufacturer (Intimus) in Germany.  In stock items will typically take 2-4 working days.  Out of stock items may need to be manufactured to order and will take a little longer.  We will contact you after the order is placed with the expected delivery timescale, or you can email us before placing an order to confirm availability.

Equipment can only be delivered to a commercial address (ie. warehouse, offices etc) and will require a signature. Delivery will only be made to a ground floor address, at the entrance/threshold.  Given the size of some of the products, please make sure that the entrance is of a suitable size for the equipment to be delivered.  For the larger items please make sure that you have sufficient space.

Please note we do not deliver to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
